Citroën is one of the most collected brands in the world.
Citroën Heritage, through the Amicale Citroën & DS France and the Amicale Citroën International, brings together collectors and enthusiasts of the Double Chevron, soon to be 100 years old.
Citroën was very popular early in its history, and many clubs were born around the world. They are gathered today in two entities: the Amicale Citroën & DS France and the Amicale Citroën Internationale which brings together foreign collectors. They organize numerous events, in France and beyond, which each year bring together tens of thousands of enthusiasts.
The rich history of the brand and the dynamism of the clubs deserved a great heritage act: in 2001, Pierre Peugeot inaugurated the Citroën Conservatory. Based in Aulnay-sous-Bois, near Paris, with a preservation workshop, it brings together a very important collection tracing one of the most innovative automotive stories in the world. The main hall of the Conservatory exhibits 300 road and race models, prototypes, concept cars and utilities. Exceptional collection now open to the public.
A sign of this collective dynamic at the service of the history of the Double Chevron, its heritage and its collectors, the Amicale Citroën & DS France, with the complicity of Citroën Héritage, l’Aventure Peugeot Citroën DS and the support of the brand, is preparing to host one of Citroën's centennial events: an international rally of brand lovers, to be held 19, 20 and 21 July 2019 at La Ferté Vidame.
